At Dixons Carphone, I led the redesign of CRM emails, transforming them from a tired, outdated style to a fresh, modern look. I collaborated closely with the development team to create drag-and-drop modular panels, streamlining email creation and reducing turnaround times from concept to send. To ensure consistency, I developed templates, a design toolkit, and CRM guidelines that provided clear direction for both designers and developers. This allowed developers to build emails that matched the intended design, even when full emails were no longer being created by designers.
